Find email addresses for any domain in 1 minute with Email Hunter

Forrest Pykes Apr 21, 2025

Have you ever been in a situation where you were trying to find the email addresses associated with any domain name?

How painful is it to find the email address of a domain owner?

I typically do a lot of outreach, and the main factor is finding the email address of the website owner.

You can always use who.is to find the email address of the domain owner, but this is not an email address that will get the job done.

Update: I found another similar tool and mentioned it at the end of the post.

Nowadays, most websites and blogs have email addresses on specific domains, which are more authentic than generic @gmail.com, @outlook.com email addresses.

The tool mentioned below will help you find domain-specific email addresses associated with any domain name. In simple terms, it checks if the domain you searched for has any @domain.com email addresses associated with it. Email Hunter is a great tool for digital marketers and promoters.

What is Email Hunter? How does it work?

Hunter Wars

Hunter.io is an online tool and Chrome extension for finding email addresses associated with a domain name. You can use their website or install the Chrome extension to get started with this tool.

Here’s a screenshot of the Hunter Chrome extension in action:

You can further click on the source to see where the email is coming from. This is useful for checking the credibility of the information as sometimes it may provide a fake or non-existent email address.

From the screenshot above, you can see how Email Hunter fetches email addresses from various sources. As an end user, I find this service very useful because sometimes it can be cumbersome to find email addresses for blogs or websites.

Bulk Email Search:

You can also use their web app to do bulk searches. Simply upload a list of domains to a .csv file or enter them on their bulk search page and it will show you all the known email addresses associated with those domains. You can also export the results for future use.

Hunter also provides an API, which is very useful for developers who want to build some functions on top of it. I believe anyone working on projects such as blogger promotion will like this feature.

External Relations:

Hunter also adds outreach functionality that works with your Gmail account. You can create templates to quickly send emails.

It also has tracker and lead management features built in. Email Tracker is also available as a standalone Chrome extension that can be downloaded here .

Hunter offers a free account with 50 free queries per month. Here is the pricing structure of hunter.io:

Anymail Finder

This is another tool that can be used in conjunction with Hunter to find email addresses for organizations. Especially if you are on a budget, you can combine Hunter with Any mail finder and get up to 200 free checks per month.

It also allows you to verify emails by uploading a .CSV file, or you can use the API.

However, when I tested this tool, I found a lot of fake emails targeting my domain. If you are thinking of buying any of these, I recommend starting with Hunter first and then trying the free version of Anymail finder.

For your convenience, I have listed the pricing for Hunter alternatives below:

Some important things:

  • Email Hunter does not display all email addresses associated with a domain name. It only displays email addresses that were discovered through web pages or other means. (Possibly email harvesting).
  • Some email addresses may or may not be valid as they may have been deleted.

I have found this idea to be very useful for myself and for you.

This will solve your biggest problem - finding the email address of the blog or website owner. Please let me know what you think of this idea. Would you use this?
